Taking the time to become more aware of how you are feeling physically and emotionally will give you valuable information that can help shape your day. Self inquiry is a great way to check in and you can do that by asking yourself simple questions. How do I feel energetically? How do I feel emotionally? How do I feel physically? Recognize there is no wrong or right answer, and it is important to meet yourself exactly where you are, without judgment. Let what surfaces for you, and what you are feeling provide insight that can be used to guide you into your day. Pausing each day to take inventory is a valuable habit to integrate into your life, for your life. Strengthening your emotional awareness will help you work wisely, and live abundantly.
