The 5P Change Model provides a framework that supports intentional change, and it is integrated into our coaching process. The model incorporates evidence-based theories, processes, and techniques to support the change.

PAUSE.
Awareness and consciousness are critical.

Pause – does not mean the suspension of action, but rather the intentional focus on the current state to identify what needs to be adjusted or changed, and why.

PROCESS.
Reflection and understanding are essential.

Discovery is key to gaining clarity and alignment.

PLAN.

Implementation and alignment are vital.

Design an action plan to support the desired change and outcome.

PIVOT.
Action and deployment are crucial.

Implement the plan, and make needed adjustments along the way.

PROCEED.
Adoption and inspection.

Measure and inspect if the desired change and outcome have been achieved.
