Train For Life™ Assessment

This groundbreaking tool can be integrated into your programming experience. Assessment results provide valuable insight to individuals, teams, leadership, and organizations. The assessment guides individuals through a self-report process which allows them to take inventory of their life across 15 dimensions. Other assessments are available.

Terrie is the lead program facilitator and has over 25 years of experience in organizational change, behavioral health, medical management, and employee empowerment.

She is a social scientist, business strategist, speaker, coach, and program facilitator. Terrie holds a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Queens University.

She is a credentialed Yoga Alliance master level educator and offers training and certification programs in mindfulness, yoga, and integrated health and well-being.
