Train For Life Empowerment Campaign Post 23: WHAT IF –You gave yourself permission every day to take a few minutes to check in. Unplugging from your to do list, untangling from distraction and quieting the conversation in your head is essential to making space to check in. What is happening in your head (thought), your heart (emotion) and your body (sensation)? When you connect on all three levels you get a more holistic picture of how you are truly feeling. Better yet, you may be more equipped to align your time, energy and intention around the things that are most meaningful and important to you. I bet it is not checking things off your to do list. It is easy to cruise on auto pilot... it is safe and requires a lot less effort but when you wake up to the things that are important it is a lot more fun to fly the plane because you know where you are and where you want to go in life. There is not perfect road map but at least consider taking your life off auto pilot and pause daily to check in.
