To pause and check in is a great thing to consider doing, so you are more aware of what energy you are taking out the door. We are all conduits, carrying our energy with us. So, be aware of the energy you are spreading into the world and the people around you. You don't have to be sunshine all the time, but remember energy is contagious. Notice how your energy shows up in a room and how you affect people. What energy do you want to spread?
