#TrainForLifeEmpowermentCampaign Post 81: SELF - The word “SELF” creates different mental constructs for each of us and can be combined with other words that give it even deeper meaning. I share this because our Westernized society doesn’t encourage us to slow down in order to do introspection. So, I invite you to consider how the word SELF can actually point you in the right direction.
1. Self-refection – pausing to take personal inventory 2. Self-awareness – waking up to your own intuition 3. Self-discovery – opening up to new possibilities 4. Self-care – giving yourself down-time, grace, compassion and love 5. Self-selection – spending your time and energy wisely 6. Self-actualization – landing in a place that feels like home
Stay in tune with your heart’s desire, practice self-care and choose with greater intention how you spend your time and energy. Intuition is powerful but it does require you to pause, and to trust yourself and the process.
"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside, awakes." - Carl Jung
