Carving time out to take care of yourself should not be some random fit it in when you can activity, it should be a daily "to do". Consider intentionally making an appointment with yourself to recharge daily. Research affirms that people who practice good life balance are healthier, happier, more productive, and the list goes on and on. If you are to busy to take a break, you probably need one. Pause and think about WHY it is important to slow down, and what you like to do to relax. The answer to the WHY question may motivate you to schedule more relaxation time into your your life.
